Since 1975 Mr. Fine has practiced in the field of estate planning and has drafted wills and other estate planning documents for people literally all around the Commonwealth of Kentucky. His LLM in taxation from University of Miami, Florida as well as his strong accounting background have been assets in dealing with issues relating to small businesses as well as forming the entities that they are structured in.

Since 2006, Mr. Fine has expanded his estate planning practice to Florida clients. He has prepared a variety of trusts, be they living trusts, revocable or irrevocable, life insurance trusts, spend-thrift trusts, and estate preservation trusts. He provides a tax option as to what the implications are with different directions in trust planning.
