Mr. Fine is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and has been doing so for 31 years. His practice is limited to the courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, KY Federal Court, U.S. Tax Court, US Court of Claims, and the US Supreme Court.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western Disctrict of Kentucky.
